Digital real estate investment and prospecting

I have a few websites and blogs. I recently came to know about the term, digital real estate. I had bought the domain name, atoconsulting.com back in 2004. In 2010, a German business owner had approached me in regard to making an offer to purchase my domain name. He had offered me a starting price of over £2,000. I decided not to sell the domain name. I still own this domain name.

I had a website under this .com domain name. I closed the site down. I have kept the domain name as mentioned above. At present, I can purchase premium domain names for £10 per year via Google domains. I sometimes get nervous when I speak to people in person, in regard to my web projects etc. However, this doesn't faze me. I know that my work is internet based. I don't have to have great in person communication skills. The top businesses in the world, usually have .com web addresses. If you do some research into this area, you will see that I am correct about this.
